Brasil 3 x 0 Argentina on the inaugural match on the new Arsenal stadium.
Had no problem getting there, appart from little hick up on the train from cambridge giving a 30 min delay. Note that the stadium is in the middle of 3 stations so there was some 10 min walk. Great stadium with great facilities, big gathering area outside the stadium, inside 3 level of seats, middle is reserved for TV and other "special" people. Toilets on every entrance of the seated area, meaning that toilets are under all the seating area. Also snack bar selling snacks and beer behind the seats. Got the a place on the top seating area, looking the ground bellow.
Argentina was playing well with most of the possession but no real threat and we managed to do 3-0 on them, the surprise was the very early goal. Well there is no team in the world that can stop the yellow tide.
Brasil 2 x 0 Wales was as expected a glorified training match. Brasil was less impressive as Dunga was trying out new players to build up for the world cup qualifiers and copa america next year. We had problems on the both "laterals" not as fast as the regulars Cicinho as shown in the Argentina match. Wales was only on the defensive, as expected, and only managed to get some possession on half of the second half. We still managed to get 2-0 on them. Well no much to say about the Tottenham ground, only that it is reasonably close to the train station, the slow and unreliable Liverpool st. line.
