Long weekend in Barcelona, quick hop on the first flight in from Stanstead and last flight back from Barcelona. Note that the Barcelona International Airport is in the tube system and is best to get the T10 ticked which includes 10 rides, it is the most economical.

Stayed in the Mediterranean You Hostel right in the middle of Gaudi's work in Between the Sagrada Família and Casa Batiló/Casa Milá. Not the best hostel but is affoardable and friendly, and has free internet and wifi :)

The weather was not so great so when it rained planned to see the Museums. Did manage to walk too much, was a bit expent at the end.

So managed to see La Sagrada Família, Parc Güell, National Museum of Art of Catalonia, Plaça Espanya, Picasso Museum, Fundació Joan Miró, Olympic Village, Montjuïc castle, Cathedral of Santa Eulalia, Arc de Triomf, Palau de la Música Catalana, Casa Batlló, Casa Milà etc.
